Returns

When is a return warranted?

For sanitary reasons we can only accept returns if the product box seal isn’t broken. If you for example recieved the wrong color then you are free to return it and recieve the right color.

When can I return my product?

You may return your product within 14 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return it for a different size or color please state so in the attached return questionaire. If you wish to exchange your product for a more expensive option then attach your order number to the questionare and we will send you a digital voucher by e-mail for the amount you already paid to use in our web shop.

Warranty and claims

How do I make a claim if my product is faulty or damaged?

If your product is faulty or damaged we advise you to take a picture of your product with the problem area in focus and make sure to include your order number in the e-mail so we can back track your purchase. Send the E-mail to customerservice@funphoria.com
