Fun fact: Funphoria is wordplay on the words ‘Fun’ & ‘Euphoria’. What can we say, we aim to please 🙂
Our products exclusively consist of premium medical grade silicones and pigments that are body safe. Many of our competitors use cheaper materials to cut costs but we believe that safety and quality is synonomous with happy customers
Both our production and the majority of our suppliers are located in the EU. At this stage of our journey we start out by focusing on the European market. So what does all this mean to you? It means your product travels less before it arrives with you – the end consumer. This is good for you and good for limiting our carbon footprint.
Our production facility and warehouse is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Gothenburg is a port city on the west coast of Sweden and the 2nd biggest city in Sweden.
You can easily clean your toy with warm water and a mild soap. It is recommended that you clean your toy after every use. Let air dry or dry with a towel. Please make sure to only use a water based lubricant when using Funphoria products. Using other types of lubricant may damage the product.
For sanitary reasons we advise you to clean your product with soap and water after every use.
Note: It is only recommended to use a water based lubricant with our toys. If you were to use a silicone based lubricant it may damage the product.
We offer a one year warranty on our toys. If your product get delivered damaged or otherwise fails within a years time you have the right to get your product replaced or recieve a refund as long as the damage isn’t caused by misuse. We reserve the right to deny claims if damage caused by neglect or malpractice.
Orders & Shipment
We accept most major credit cards through secure payments via Paypal and Klarna
You will get a shipping estimate to your location as you go through check-out.
You will recieve an email with a tracking number as soon as we have processed and dispatched your order.
Rest assured as we take your privacy serious and we only ship our orders in discrete/neutral packaging. There will be no signs as of the nature of the product on the parcel.
Do you want to surprise a friend or significant other? Or perhaps you simply want your order delivered to another address? While ordering, simply enter a separate billing and delivery address. If the order has already been shipped we will not be able to change the delivery adress.
If you want to return your product then the product box seal may not be broken. For sanitary reasons we can’t accept a returned product box with a broken seal.
If you want to return your product you are free to do so within 14 days of date of purchase for a refund or a voucher to spend in our webshop.
Just make sure to fill out the return form that was included in your shipment and send it to us together with the product.
We focus mainly on Europe in our marketing but we do ship all around the world. Customs fee’s and such will be added upon arrival to your country by your national customs.
If the product is in stock at the time the order is placed we try to send it the same day if the order is placed before 13:00 pm. Please allow for up to 5 work days to recieve your product. To see the status of your order check your order history. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
Yes your details are secure with us as we use SSL. We only use your details for processing your purchase. No registration is necessary for making a purchase however there are benefits by registrering with us such as being able to follow your order history and those who subscribe to our newsletter will be also be notified about special offers and campaigns.
